RETURNS

Although we believe you will be completely in love with your Schumann plushie…
However if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be in the same condition that you received it; “like new.”
  • All components and original packaging must be intact.
  • Receipt showing proof of purchase is required to look up orders.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If approved to return, we will supply you with a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions by emailing us at hello@pemfpals.com.

If a returned item does not meet our stated terms and conditions, a minimum 25% restocking fee will be applied. We reserve the right to deny refunds entirely under the following circumstances:

  • The product has physical damage (including tears) or the battery is damaged
  • The item shows any soils or evidence of use beyond what is considered acceptable in our terms

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, that way if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, if the refund was approved and/or if any damage was documented. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. If your original payment method presents an issue, we will contact you accordingly.


Please allow up to 30 days from the date of your refund approval to receive your refund. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You will get a notification from our system or our Support Team with the progress of your refund.
